I am the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Warri Android application (the “App”) under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For all questions about this policy or the data described below, contact me at the email above.

2. What data the App stores on your device

The App stores the following data only on your device, in app-private storage that is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data:

None of this data is transmitted to me, my servers, or any third party. I operate no servers in connection with the App.

3. Data processed by Google services embedded in the App

The App uses three services provided by Google Ireland Limited (and, for data processed in the United States, Google LLC). Each is governed by Google’s own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google AdMob (advertising)

AdMob is used to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. In the course of serving ads, AdMob processes:

For details on how AdMob processes this data and your choices, see policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required by law, the App will ask for your consent to personalized advertising before any such ad is served.

Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)

If you purchase “Ad-Free” or “Premium”, the purchase is processed by Google Play. Google receives:

I receive only the result of the purchase (the SKUs your account owns) — not your name, payment method, or billing address. Refunds and chargebacks are handled by Google.

Google Play services

Both AdMob and Play Billing rely on Google Play services, which is part of every Google-certified Android device. It runs independently of the App.

4. Legal basis (for users in the EEA / UK)

5. International transfers

Data processed by Google may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework as appropriate safeguards.

6. Data retention

Data stored on your device by the App is kept until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Data held by Google in connection with AdMob and Play Billing is retained according to Google’s own retention schedule, which you can review in their privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Because the App itself does not transmit data to me, most of these rights are exercised directly with Google for AdMob and Play Billing data. For local data on your device, you can exercise the right to erasure by uninstalling the App or using Android’s “Clear data” option in the system settings. For anything else, contact me at the email above.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact me and I will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or in the Play Store listing where practical.
