Dis
Dis is a mitigated variant of Malbolge. Consequently and sadly, the interest in Dis by the community seems to be low.
General Information
I believe that Dis is less powerfull than Malbolge due to the changes of the Opr command. In my opinion, it is impossible to perform simple arithmetic operations, like increment, in Dis. While Malbolge is not Turing complete only due to its memory limit, Dis probably is not Turing complete at all.
